Bruce Nardella President, Network Angels
President and CEO, The MENTOR Network

Bruce assumed the role of chief executive officer of The MENTOR Network in January 2014. In addition to guiding the direction of the organization and overseeing the delivery of high-quality human services across The Network, Bruce is responsible for ensuring the company’s leadership talent and organizational structure can effectively sustain continued service expansion.  Since joining The Network in 1996, Bruce has served in a number of operational leadership roles.  Named president of the Eastern Division in 2003, Bruce led the rapid expansion and diversification of division operations prior to being named chief operating officer in 2007.  In 2009, he took on the additional title of president of The MENTOR Network.

Before joining the company, Bruce managed operations for the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services as deputy commissioner of the agency, which is responsible for serving adjudicated youth. During that time, he was awarded the Bradford Fellowship to Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Bruce began his career in human services more than 30 years ago in direct care for youth at risk in an 18-bed shelter facility for court-involved boys.  He holds an M.P.A. from Harvard University, an M.Ed. from Boston University and an B.A. from Colgate University.
