Clinical Services Director, The MENTOR Network
Terri joined The MENTOR Network in 2002 and has more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in health and human services. As the clinical services director, she leads a team that is focused on the development of evidence-based practices, measurement of outcomes, and the improvement of service quality and expanding capabilities of operations to serve increasingly complex individuals.
Prior to joining The Network, Terri was a program manager for an intermediate care facility (ICF). She has an expertise in IDD community-based services, quality/risk management, hospital and nursing administration, community health education and health services project management. Terri also has extensive collaborative project experience from, among other ventures, establishing a regional pediatric intensive care unit, and being part of the UCLA Nursing Practice Panel and a task force on oral health for people with special needs. She has an M.A. in business administration and health services management from Webster University, a B.S. in health care administration from the University of Redlands, and a nursing degree from Purdue University.
