Vice President of Operations, Community Support Services, Sevita

As vice president of operations for the Community Support Services Operating Group in the North region, Connie is responsible for the oversight and direction of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio and Wisconsin.

Connie has held a number of leadership roles since joining Sevita in 1999, most recently as executive director of REM Minnesota.  Prior to joining the company, Connie founded and served as the executive director of Focus Homes, Inc., a residential service provider in St. Paul, Minnesota.  She continues to take on leadership roles within the human services industry, having served as president of the Association of Residential Resources in Minnesota (ARRM) and as a current member of the organization’s board of directors.  Connie holds an M.B.A. from St. Thomas University in St. Paul and a B.A. in psychology from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin.
