Director, Customer Assessment, The MENTOR Network
Robin has been with The MENTOR Network since 1992 and serves as the director of customer assessment. She is responsible for surveying children and adults receiving Network services—as well as their families and guardians, state payors, and the staff and Mentors that provide services to collect invaluable information used as part of The Network’s Quality Improvement program.
Prior to her tenure with The MENTOR Network, Robin spent time as a respite and support service manager. She holds a B.S. in gerontology from the University of Bridgeport and an M.S. in public affairs from UMass Boston.
