Director, Customer Assessment, Sevita
Robin has been with Sevita since 1992 and serves as the director of customer assessment. She is responsible for surveying children and adults receiving the company’s services—as well as their families and guardians, state payors, and the staff and Mentors that provide services to collect invaluable information used as part of the Quality Improvement program.
Prior to her tenure with Sevita, Robin spent time as a respite and support service manager. She holds a B.S. in gerontology from the University of Bridgeport and an M.S. in public affairs from UMass Boston.
